By registering, accessing, or using any part of the h5a9play platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or continue using the platform.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

H5a9play is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

H5a9play collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy as stipulated. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for platform operation purposes, KYC verification, and compliance with legal requirements.

Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting h5a9play customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.

Closure by h5a9play: h5a9play reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been confirmed
• Members who violate any part of these terms and conditions

Continued use of the platform after a change notice is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
